The Residence Kalim Bay is the elegant sea-facing apartments magnificently set in the quite area in the north of Patong. Merely 30 metres to the pristine beach, this comfortable accommodation resides just 1.5 kilometres away from the vibrancy of the famous Patong area which is known for its colourful nightlife and entertainment.
All guestrooms are splendidly decorated with contemporary Thai design with natural materials like teak, terracotta, and cane giving you warm and inviting atmosphere. Each apartment comes well-appointed with high quality amenities together with own balcony perfect for the private sunset scene. Numerous in-house facilities include swimming pool with Jacuzzi, Scandinavian restaurant, and laundry service.

We stayed at residence kalim bay for 3 days from 1st May 2011. The stay was very comfortable.Spacious clean rooms, kitchen with all equipments.Good pillows and mattress.I only wish they have a front desk which will operate 24 hrs.Currently it operates only from 9am to 5pm.Also if they start providing food it will be good for the people staying.The room manager was very helpful and warm.In all, our stay was quite pleasant.If needed I can stay there once again.

We stayed in an apartment at The Residence in Kalim Bay from 22nd-29th August and had a great time. The apartments are right across the road from the beach and ours had a view of the pool and the sea from a very nice balcony. There was a bit of mild building work going on particularly renovating the pool bar but it was not any real problem to us.

Excellent as always. We use Sawadee for hotels/apartments, car hire and sometimes transfers and invariably excellent.

Very nice apartment with great and quiet location and only 10 minutes walking from the beaches and 25 minutes walking from the Bangla road, the staff are very friendly and cooperative, the swimming pool is very clean and the landscaping is great, our booking was for 8 days and we axtended it for 12 days, we recommend it.

Good family apartment complex at the north end of patong beach. Close enough to the action (20 minute walk) but far enough away to be quiet. Nice pool, no room service but restaurant delivery available. Apartments are spacious with 2 separate bedrooms, good sized living, dining rooms and full kitchen. 2nd visit to Kalim Bay and will stay here again on return to Phuket.

The Residence Kalim Bay's luxurious sea-facing apartments,
located on not more than four floors are built in a typical Thai style,
with the finest of natural Thai materials such as teak, terracotta and
cane. Our large and beautifully designed swimming pool, Jacuzzi and
children's pool nestle amidst The Residence's tropical Thai garden providing
a focal point to the Residence, while a stone's throw away is Kalim
Beach, a fine stretch of powdery white sand rimmed by coconut palms,
a shore where fishermen occasionally still cast nets in the early hours
of dawn.
ACCOMMODATION
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and an attractive bar
counter, a comfortable living room and dining area and a colonial-sized
balcony facing seawards-perfect for Phuket fabulous sunsets. The units
are not only air conditioned, but also have traditional fans.
You can of course order anything from breakfast to dinner from our
room service.
The two spacious bedrooms has either two double beds or two single
beds and a double bed, more suitable for a family. We can also provide
you with an extra bed for a small extra fee.
Sophisticated yet comfortable, these spacious 100 square meter
apartments accommodate up to four adults in two double bedrooms with
an attached western-style bathroom. All apartments have satellite television
and radio facilities and an IDD telephone.
