This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
I would stay here again.

A very good hotel with a clean modern reception area. The rooms were a bit small but tastefully finished with loads of pillows to choose from. I recomend this hotel as it is close to the middle of Pattaya and is also very quite.

The hotel location is very good and convenient. Welcome drinks served at arrival time and small local guirland given at the departure.
The hotel staff is very friendly and sympatic. Room are very comfortable, large, bed comfortable, clean and really enjoyed the jacuzzi ! Better to have a room facing to the other side as I ve got a room facing the bar and it was a loudy. Swimming pool very clean .
It is a very nice hotel. I am hotelier and spent some of my time in different hotels and I can recommend this hotel to every guests ++++

Very clean and nice hotel. Not to big (6floors) and with a very helpfull,polite and attentive staff.The staff of the hotel really put the hotel to a higher level. Breakfest is very much all right.Very well located, close to the nightlife but still not to much noise.I really recommend this hotel.Try to take a room at the frontside,cause of the noise which might disturb you sometimes when you stay at the backside of the hotel.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was great with much food both farang and thai. Next time i return to Pattaya i will come back to Tim´s.

This hotel is just great with very friendly smiling staff. Big clean room with a very nice big bath tube. Location is good, just 30m off 2nd road, 5 min. to the beach. 2 min. to a good mall, finess centre (Califonia Wow) and dining etc.
Fantastic roof pool area (7th. floor) with pool bar and very nice staff.
Can really recommend this hotel

Tim s is great!!everybody very friendly!! You hardly get the chance to open the maindoor your self. Breakfast is good, you are welcomed by staf at entrance and if you ask for something they run. Very helpfull. Even manager comes bye to say goodmorning. Spacious room, very nice, new. Good bed, nice bathroom with real big tubb, though i didnt use it. Just a bit back in a quit street, rooms facing a modern mall. Little balcony on which the airco, not really for sitting there. Walk out that street and you are in in the middle of live pattaya. Really loved my staying there. Good hotel!!

Good one!
Still not five-stars, but trying to do this.
Helpful and friendly personnel, good location (at least for us).
Due to some booking mistakes we got free upgrade to superior room.
VERY quick laundry service (just couple of hours).
