Sunshine Vista Serviced Apartment is the serviced apartment in Pattaya Soi 3, only 250 meters to Pattaya beach and only 100 meters away from Big C Superstore (Central Festival Center). There are a total of 130 units, 47 Superior, 40 Deluxe, 29 Studios, 8 Executive Studios, 6 Family Suites 1 bed room and 5 Family Suite 2 bed rooms. Each room is equipped with standard hotel facilities such as air-conditioners, bath rooms with hot and cold water, TV with international programs via cable TV over 40 channels, mini bars with refrigerators, IDD telephones and in room electronic safes.
Accommodation and facilities:
Stayed there 20 x days over the Christmas and New Years. Older hotel, but the room was nice and clean. The bed was a little hard. The hotel is close to Big C shopping mall and several beer bars and is close to the taxi routes. The WiFi did not work in my room and I had to purchase a internet card from the front desk and use their internet cafe. The breakfeat was so so , not to the same quality that I was used to from other hotels I stayed in while visiting Pattaya over the years. The Pool is located on the roof of the hotel. Due to the proxmity of the beer bars, recommend you get a room towards the back if you are a lite sleeper or if you have small children. Overall the experience was favorable and will probably stay here again.

Have stayed at this hotel on many occasions, great value for money , big rooms , clean . Staff very friendly , nice roof top pool area, away from all the hussle and bussle but close enough to get to it when you need to. will stay here again.

Nice hotel with excellent breakfast buffé. The only problem was that our rooms faced an area with beer bars and late in the evening it was a little noisy, but then again it s Pattaya.

Good hotel and good service breakfast fresh and good close to beach and shopping malls somehow noisy because of the girl bars near the hotel. Remark, a new hotel will be build next to sunshine vista, this will give a lot of constructing noise. Be aware of this before booking. I think they will start end of this year (2011)

as a returning customer as always the vista is great value for money, clean and always a warm welcome.Buffet is not five star but you get what you pay for.
Staff appear a bit frosty but soon get to warm to them.Security excellent wi- fi good and location siuts excatly my needs.

The hotel reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was superb with a wide choice of items to chose from. The room was clean with a large bed. Everything was in good working order, aircon, hot water etc. No ants either!!! Stayed on the 9th floor - 4 nights. No problems whatsover with my stay here. It is located 3 mins walk to the beach and 3 mins walk to Big C shopping centre, there are also 2 x 7-Eleven shops on the road the hotel is located...It is an excellent hotel for the money. Whilst there I saw 1 or 2 tourists walk-in to enquire about prices, I presume for their next trip. You wont regret it...Enjoy.

but the hotel should not allowed the guests to bring bar-ladies to the pool area, not a good thing when there are children around.
