DR Lanta Bay Resort is located on 6 rai with 250 meters of sandy white private beach at Klong Dao Beach. It is about 1.5 km away from Saladan business and the boat pier. All 41 bungalows are divided into Deluxe, Mini Suite and Family Suite come with private balcony, surrounding with the tropical rain forest gardening. Our interior design is simple to make you feel stay at home. The swimming pool is the perfect spot sunbathing with semi-bed chair around the pool. Enjoy with your favorite drinks at Beach Bar and superb recipe come with variety of dishes at Beach front restaurant. We also have Tour & Ticket Counter, , Laundry Service, Oversea call and Free Saladan Pier transfer.

The area smells cloak. We found out that the cloak system is out of orde and the shower water stay under the bungalow and smells shit.
Then the building seams to lack maintenance with power outlet out of order, main door lock system out of order and can be opened by any key by my kids at 12 years age.
The the restaurant seams to lack of resources when it comes to number of employees. We waited up to 1 hour for a pankake one morning....
New ownership of the hotel DR Lanta is needed to make the big change needed.
But we had good time anyhow :)

Ottima struttura e belle camere.Evitare il ristorante che offre un servizio lentissimo.Nei dintorni non c è molto.Per trovare un locale dove cenare o un negozio bisogna andare in centro con i mezzi locali a piedi è lunga e le strade sono impraticabili soprattutto quando piove.Luogo tranquillo ideale per le famiglie con bambini e persone in cerca di tranquillità assoluta.

Great place situated very nicely on the Klong Dao beach. Great for families, we had a nice bungalow 25 m from the beach. We are a family of four and fit nicely in the bungalow. A bit simple bathroom with only cold water in the zink. Older standard of the facility. Great service and spoke english very good. They hade the best green curry we tried during our 14 days stay at Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Phi phi and Koh Lanta!

Right back from a lovely vacation. Dr Lanta is a very nice place to stay in. The staff is very kind and helpful, and the rooms are what you can expect for the money. The location of the resort is perfect near the beach, and the restaurant has good food.

The staff was not seviceminded and no smile at all.We felt unwelcome.
We did not get connected room as we ordered.The place was not like the pictures on internet.The beach was boring, but very good for small children.

Poolarea was great. The service was OK, but not great. Breakfast OK. The pictures of the rooms was much nicer at the webiste than in real. I ll book somewhere else if I go to Koh Lanta again.

There are better places to find on Lanta. This is an average Klong Dao hotel. The breakfast is ok but not more. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are in need of a refreshment. The pool area is nice for children.

We're at Khlong Dao Beach, just a short walk to a white, sandy tropical beach.
DR Lanta Bay Resort
has swimming pool facilities and offers 41 Bungalows, divided into Deluxe, Mini Suite and Family Suite.
All bungalows are air-conditioned and have attached private balcony for you to enjoy our nice gardening and for chatting with your companion.
Our interior design is simple to make yourself feel at home. The facilities in the rooms varies slightly according to the type of room which you suits you best.
ACCOMMODATION
Our Deluxe Bungalows, are located 20 meters from the beach, each bungalow has its own balcony, surrounding with the tropical rain forest gardening,
the shady and warm smells of plenty kinds of tropical rain forest plant will offer you a relaxation atmosphere all along your stay.
Air-Con Building (Double Bed - 14 Rooms) / (Twin Bed -
12 Rooms):
Contacting (double bed).These Building are furnished with Cable TV, refrigerator, private bathroom with hot and clod shower, dressing table & wardrobes, all rooms for 2 occupants only.
We have 8 rooms air con building available.
Air-Con Bungalow (Double Bed - 7 Rooms) / (Twin Bed - 7 Rooms):
Are equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, Satellite TV and private bath with hot water. The rooms are about 20-24 Sq meters
and all rooms have 2 single beds which can accommodate 2 guests comfortably. We have 14 Deluxe Bungalow available.
Mini Suite Bungalow (Triple): Come with air-conditioning, Satellite TV, ceiling fan, private bath
with hot water and fridge with Mini-Bar. The suites are about 20-24 Sq meters and all suites have 1 single bed
and 1 double bed which can accommodate 3 guests comfortably. We have 14 Mini Suites available.
Family Suite Bungalow:
Are air-conditioned and located nearest to the beach. The bungalows are equipped with Satellite TV, ceiling fan, private bath with hot water and fridge with Mini Bar.
All bungalows have 2 double beds which can accommodate 4 guests comfortably. We have 3 Family Suites Bungalows available.
V.I.P. Room Seaview (Double):
Contacting has one double bed. Cable TV, refrigerator, private bathroom with hot and cold shower, dressing table & wardrobe, All rooms for 2 occupants only. We have 4 V.I.P. Rooms available.

Beach Bar: Our Beach Bar open from evening until late night. We served both
Internal and local Thai whisky or beer. Here is the place you can sip the
exotic cocktail and release yourself to the great nature. If you like to
dance and full party, just only fifteen minute walk on the beach to visit
many bars down to the south. We are also arrange special party on some special
events like Christmas, New Year. The party will performing Full Thai Traditional
dance, Cabaret Show, Fire Dance and Fire work and much more up to the occasional.
Swimming pool:
Located at near the beach and short walk from all room, surrounded by green tropical garden.
Here is the perfect spot for sunbathing with prepared enough semi-bed chair around the pool.
