Southern Lanta Resort, Koh Lanta Yai, Klong Dao Beach Vi trivdes jätte bra på Southern. Bra läge, fina pooler, fina bongalows (undantag A 11 och A 12, de rekomenderar jag inte, Slitna, och kändes ganska ofräsch) Familjehusen var stora och fräscha. Trevlig och bra personal. |
Fungerade jätte bra! |

Ao Nang Sunset Hotel, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach This hotel suited us perfectly.
We booked 2 adjoining rooms and a third double room.
The double room that was not connected was massive. The biggest room we had anywhere on our stay.
The adjoining rooms were small by comparison but having said that were actually normal sized hotel rooms, was just that the other rooms was very big. They all had their own private balcony - also good - need somewhere to hand the wet togs.
We were not on the pool side of the hotel. Those rooms woulod have a nice view over the bay - but ours were fine.
Do not stay here for the pool, very small - not a good outlook and the chlorine was full on.
The breakfast content was as you find in Thailand - however was full buffett so you could eat as much as you liked.
The bees that other people mention were not an issue - I liked seeing them, and they stayed pretty much near the bar - except the few that made their way into the jam!!!
Good spot - really close to the front strip as would everything be in AoNang.
Not noisy - no one hassles you outside of the place.
The front desk arranged forward travel for us.
All was good. I would say this place is more than basic, met our needs nicely -not one problem.
email me at Stevensbrett@optusnet.com.au if you want anythign else!!!

Phi Phi Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Cozy Place had a warm friendly feel when we first arrived. The room was quite large and clean. The staff were very quick to pressure us into booking a tour through them. They guarenteed that they would get a good price for us, however, when on the trip we found out the others got more for less money. The tour operators picked us up two hours late. So DON T book tours through Cozy- shop around! After the first day the staff were not as friendly and became very slack at cleaning our room (i.e., refreshing the towels and supplying water). Overall I wouldn t stay at this place again, would be okay for a one night stop over. |
Fantastic- no problems at all. |

Phi Phi Island Cabana Hotel, Phi Phi Island, Ton Sai Beach Hotel is the best in Phi Phi Don town. Excellent pool area with amazing view of the bay. We stayed in the Andaman suite (the best the hotel offers) and is really big, with outstanding view of the beach with big balcony and big jacuzzi inside the room. Everything was clean. Breakfast get a bit boring after a week here. Hotel staff is very friendly. Hotel has an excellent restaurant right in front of the second beach (opposite bay, can t remember the name), but options are very limited. Room service is perfect, specially in the Andaman room :)
I think the hotel would be much better if they would pay more attention to many details. The overall is fine, but it could be just perfect if the finishing of the room could be better, the ceiling of bathroom didn t quite match the rest of the decoration of the room (looked like they didn t thought of it), they could also change towels two times per day instead of only one, specially since this room has a jacuzzi as well, we ran out of clean towels everyday.
The town is just steps away. Though is still under construction after the tsunami, and gets really crowded. |

Alis Hotel, Ao Nang, Nopparattara Beach The hotel is very cute , clean, and nice decoration. They provide free internet and tour information. I was impressed by friendly staff. They help me to dial international call and always ask me if I need help. The distance to Ao Nang beach is not far away, and there are good seafood shops about one minute walking away. |
It s very friendly and useful website. |

Aonang Mountain Paradise, Ao Nang This was a lovely place to stay. Good if you want some peace away from the main street or seafront, and a free taxi service if you don t want to do the 15 min walk. Beautiful lush green surroundings and a lovely pool. No hot water on arrival, but that was fixed pretty quickly. Very friendly staff. |
Booking service good and quick. There has been a change of staff since we booked, so this may be different now. |

Ao Nang Sunset Hotel, Ao Nang, Phranang Beach Worst hotel ever stayed at. Booked a room high up, get one at ground floor. The outlook was a wall one meter away. The sun never reach the room so it stink mouldy. The neighbour was a discotheque with loud music to 3 at night. Deep bas sounds. Ask for a nother room. Said the were all book, though I could see room free. After complained again I got a room 4th floor, away from the disco, which was some better, but instead there was a very noising aircondition right outside the balcony. The pool ( 8 meter) had 5 chairs which was enough, as there was a very noisy machine going at the pool so no one stayed there more than for a fast swimming. If you like noise this is the place for you.
Breakfast very basic. Fruit was bananas only for most of the time. Only toast bread. You must often ask for plates to be fill up again.
Half of the staff friendly. The other half never smiled.
There are hundreds of hotels in the area, take one of them, it can only be better. |
Always professional. |

The Palace Aonang Resort, Ao Nang Center The Palace Aonang resort is a lopwprice but not lowbudgethotel. The place i s very central and you have everything close to the hotel. The service is good, for the price. The standard of the room is good, for the price. The pool is not very good but you have the sea just about 200 meters away from the hotel so you don´t need the pool. Very friendly staff and we like the hotel. Some rooms can be disturbed by the traffic but some rooms is into the garden so they don´t. We can recommend this hotel if you want a good price-hotel with ok standard. |
