Welcome to Saboey Resort & Villas, a unique luxury boutique resort in Koh Samui, Thailand.

Saboey is a beautiful, secluded resort designed to maximize serenity, space and privacy. It is nestled amidst lush tropical gardens and landscaped around a stunning double-infinity freshwater pool and cascading Jacuzzi, which both allow a stunning seamless view onto the sea. The resort is located on Big Buddha Beach, Koh Samui, a 4km crescent of white sand and azure waters, conveniently located close to the airport and within easy reach of the tourist centre of Chaweng.

A contemporary blend of Moroccan & Asian design, offers 14 well-appointed villas which slope gently down to the beachfront and 6 suites offering a fresh, contemporary style. Saboey is an intimate retreat, where the service is personalized and attentive, yet unobtrusive, so that you can indulge in the ultimate in relaxation and pampering.


Set in the tranquil surroundings of the gardens, our Poolside Restaurant, "Breeze" offers relaxed dining from breakfast, where you awaken to the aromas of our freshly baked homemade bread, to lunch, where you can sample from delicious salads or Asian favorites, through to a beachside dinner, where you can dine surrounded by candles and the sounds of the waves. Or try Quo Vadis Restaurant, a lounge dining experience taking in the ambient Moroccan décor. Here you can sample from a mouthwatering selection of tapas or "Mediter-Asian" fusion creations by our Executive Chef.

Saboey is a boutique resort on Koh Samui offering a different kind of experience. With only 20 rooms, we are able to concentrate on the personal touches and the little details which make your stay more memorable and special. Discover the Saboey experience - serenity for the senses!

All our villas and suites comprise of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 Adults and 1 child under 6. Extra beds can be added in all rooms apart from the Pool Villas. We have 12 stand-alone private villas together with 6 luxuriously appointed Suites separated throughout the property as follows:

2 Beach Villas:

At 58 square metres in size our two Beach Villas are the largest of all our villas & rooms and are located directly in front of the sea, on each side of the resort. Featuring their own private beach area for sunbathing and relaxing, a spacious terrace for private dining and two bathrooms, one of which has a large sunken bath for two, this is the ideal villa for romantic indulgence.

Pool Villa:

Located directly in front of the stunning infinity pool, the central feature of the resort, are our four Ocean Villas. 37 square metres in size, these are ideal for couples who want to be literally steps away from the pool and still close enough to the sea.

Garden Villa:

Our four spacious Garden Villas are 55 square metres in size and ideal for families who need the extra space they provide both in the bedroom and bathroom. Located amidst the tropical gardens of the resort and featuring private balconies, just behind the Ocean Villas and yet still only moments away from the Pool.

Penthouse Villa:

Our two 55 square meters Penthouse Villas are elevated above the resort and the other villas, offering a stunning sea view and featuring a spacious private dining terrace from which you can relax and enjoy memorable sunsets across the bay.

Suite:
Our six 55 square metre size suites are the most recent additions to Saboey, fitted in a fresh, minimalist & light design. They offer spacious bedrooms and are located in the main building of the resort. Sea views are subject to room availability.

Relax, rejuvenate and treat yourself to a massage treatment to soothe away all the stress of everyday life. Thailand is renowned for its excellent spa and massage treatments and trying at least one of the treatments is highly recommended during your stay.

Poolside:

All day dining available from 7am until late, where you can enjoy sea views at breakfast and lunch through to candlelit romantic dining to the sounds of the waves in the evening. A variety of breakfasts are served freshly made to order and for lunch choose from a wide selection of Thai specialities, light salads or various sandwiches and snacks or try our popular Tapas menu available throughout the day with a chilled glass of wine.

As the sun goes down, the tables are transformed with crisp white linen and candles and our fine dining “Mediter-Asian” menu is served with creations of Mediterranean & Asian flavours, complimenting our selection of wines from around the world.

Quo Vadis:

Dine in air-conditioned comfort within the Moroccan-inspired décor or by the beachfront next to the sea where our “Mediter-Asian” menu is served with a selection of wines from around the world. The menu at Quo Vadis embraces the best in Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, merging both gastronomic worlds into a whole new dining experience. Traditional dishes are re-imagined, fresh tastes presented, and a new ‘MediterAsian’ culinary style discovered.

The signature Fusion Style take on the traditional Green Curry, made with chicken breast rolled with a kaffir lime mousse, encrusted with potato shaves and served with a linguine and green curry shot is unrecognizable, presented in modernistic European style. Or enjoy sampling delicacies from traditional hand painted tajines which grace some of the main course offerings. For something a bit different, our popular tapas menu with favourites such as Salt & Pepper Squid or Mini Peking Duck Rolls and vegetarian choices such as Mixed Vegetable & Poppy Seed Tempura can be savoured with cocktails and wine.
