About the hotel: What a wonderfully relaxing place to stay! The staff were so lovely, they probably would have swum back to the mainland if we had forgotten to bring anything. It has a nice, welcoming feel and staying right on the water was wonderful.
About the hotel: Everything at Moon Bungalows was amazing: the staff went above and beyond to cater to all guest requests, hotel services were reasonable, the food was phenomenal, and the bungalows and beachfront location were perfect for a quiet getaway.

Moon Bungalows is an original beachfront bungalow and villa of 32 guest rooms, located on the
Ban Tai beach on the northern coast of Samui in the gulf of Thailand. It is set in approximate 8 rais
of coconut palm and tropical greenery landscaped garden with a direct view of Koh Phangan and
Angthong islands National Park. Moon Bungalows also keeps genuine Samui's atmosphere and
nature as well as seen in last 10 years ago. The bungalow is away from the
main road around 1 km. on tranquil beach.

Moon Bungalows is located on the one of the most tranquil beach of Koh Samui. A tranquility but
convenient location. Only 15 minutes to Samui Airport, 10 minutes to ferry pier and local tourist
attractions. There are many ways to reach Koh Samui; you can take a flight from Suvarnabhumi
International Airport which is served by Bangkok Airways. There are also flights to and from
Singapore, Hong Kong, Chiang Mai, Phuket and U-Tapao (Pattaya).
You can either travel by the
night train from Hualamphong, the Bangkok railway station or catch a VIP bus from the wellknown
Khao San Road or from the Southern bus terminal at Boromratchonnani Road directly to
Suratthani and take the fastest ferry further to Koh Samui by Seatran or Raja Ferry.
