Samed Cabana Resort, Koh Samet, Vongduen Beach Too expensive for what you get.
The resort lacks atmosphere; our bungalow (seaview) had a very good view of the the ATM machine and the beach store.
Clean rooms with nice interior but I expected more. |

Malibu Garden Resort, Koh Samet, Vongduen Beach I did a 14 days trip in Thailand with one night in Malibu Garden. This hotel was the most expensive and also the worse for this 14 days trip. the room was not clean, old and not in good shape, air conditionning from another century, the breakfast is terrible and the staff not nice. My only recommandation is to take another hotel.
No problem for booking. The booking service was good but it s a shame not to check what kind of hotel the booking service recommend... |

Paradee Resort & Spa, Koh Samet, Ao Kew A fantastic stay, unforgettable ! We booked the room no 101, it was quite big and with a nice view on the white sand beach and well equipment. The service was perfect, e.g. after having hear a gecko in the bedroom , we called the reception which sent a gecko removing boy in less than 5 minutes !! The beach is incredible, very empty, no chairs but double sun beds under natural shadow of trees. Beach boys was good service ,they teach my son to play Katamaran .We liked the hotel restaurant on dinner buffet with thai food, much cheaper. |

Saikaew Villa, Koh Samet, Saikaew Beach Good value, very good location with obliging staff. The beach frontage is the main feature and undoubtedly one of the best in Asia.Sad to report that this beautiful place is spoilt by the number of dogs, and their excrement that litter the beach.37 dogs counted along a 300m stretch! |

Nim-ma-no-ra-dee, Koh Samet, Ao Pakarang Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel. The staff were not in any way helpful, and really just rude. The beachfront cottage I paid more for was actually a dirt path front cottage that overlooked steep jagged rocks then water. There is no actual sand that you can lie down on anywhere on the property. The website boasts Thai massage yet I was told it wasn t possible because their masseuse was on vacation during peak season. The actual cottage could have been perceived as charming, had they bothered to clean the disgusting bathroom or even just used clean linens. The pool is large enough for about four people, provided they weren t interested in swimming laps. Did i mention its an above ground model? Lastly, if you did happen to book here, don t plan on seeing the rest of the island, eating anywhere but the hotel(that only serves Thai beer, limited soft drinks and fruit juice), lying on the beach, or booking any sort of fishing trip without a 40 minute, 600 Baht(one-way) taxi ride on one of the worst roads I ve ever seen. I can only be happy that I only paid for two nights, the second of which we didn t bother staying. Koh Samet is an absolutely beautiful island with much to offer, don t book at Nim-ma-no-ra-dee! |

Phala Cliff Beach Resort & Spa, Rayong, Ban Chang In general, services are good in comparison to the economical price.
Well manitained and clean hotel. Food is very good too. Recommend to economy vacations in Rayong. |

Samed Cliff Resort, Koh Samet, Noi Na Beach Pas d acceuil.

Novotel Rim Pae Rayong, Rayong, Ban Pae We had a pleasant stay, friendly staff, clean rooms and nice food (especially the Italian restaurant). A baby cot, as promised, for our 10 months granddaughter was somehow forgotten, but the parents managed, as she was sharing their double bed. |
The your site booking service worked excellent and we will certainly use it again. |

Rayong Resort, Rayong, Ban Pae We loved the hotel and the staff was very friendly. If you want to relax this is the place to be! It is very quiet and situated in a beautiful location. We were with our 2 children and they had a private swimming pool, which was great! They were never bored and they loved the place.
As already said before the hotel is remote and is only suitable for people who come to relax. If you want to go somewhere else you need a car or scooter.
The prices for the food are too high and if they lower the prices much more people will stay and eat in the restaurant, because the quality of the food is good. This is a missed chance.
The breakfast is good and you can choose what you like.
For us it was a very nice holiday and it is not the first time we have been in Thailand, we have been there 5 times before in different resorts and places. If we would like to relax we will come back. |
Perfect, all our requests were known at the hotel and we got what we ordered.
Very fast service! |

Baan Pae Cabana, Rayong, Ban Pae The hotel is situated 12 km from Ban Phe village and there are no restaurants, shops or any other activities nearby. The bungalow was ok but the bathroom was very shabby and the floor seemed to be rotten. There was a very bad odour around the bungalows for the whole week we stayed there. The swimming pool was great before the water turned green. No one did anything to mend the situation before we complained about it. The beach was ok but the water was murky and not at the least tempting. The staff excluding 2 persons did not speak English so communicating was very hard at times. This is a very overpriced hotel and I would not recommend it to anybody. |
Worked fine and was very quick although many unneccessary e-mails was sent. |
