The resort is located directly on the Mae Kok River, secluded from the city, yet within a few  minutes by car from the city centre. The immediate environment is relatively undeveloped providing a tranquil, natural location ideal for a resort & spa. The property has a panoramic view of the near-by hills and mountains. The riverside is largely undeveloped and preserved with large rain trees and lush vegetation.

The resort's design not only compliments the contemporary Thai style buildings but sets the tone of the resort. An other important element is the lighting of both the interiors and landscape enhances the natural beauty.

- Superior Studios - Single or two-story buildings with contemporary Lanna style architecture, with two, four or 6 units respectively with partial views of the Kok River or the lush gardens. Each studio has a living area of 52 square meters consisting of an air-conditioned bedroom, open-sala living area and a tropical out-door bathroom. The bedrooms are fitted with either king or queen/single beds and a daybed which converts into an extra bed

- Deluxe Studios - Single storey buildings of contemporary Lanna style architecture, with two studios per unit with stunning views of the garden. Each studio has a living area of 52 square metres consisting of an air-conditioned bedroom, open-sala living area and a tropical out-door bathroom. The bedrooms have king beds and a daybed which converts into an extra bed.

- Grand Deluxe Studios - Single Storey building of contemporary Lana style architecture, with two studios per unit with partial views of the lush garden. Each studio has a living area of 63 square meters consisting of an air-conditioned bedroom, a sitting area, a terrace and a tropical semi out-door bathroom with a double size bath tub featuring a relaxing jet massage. The bedrooms are fitted with either king or two single beds and a daybed which converts to an extra bed.

- Pool Villa with One Bedroom and Private Pool - Situated right on the river front with an uninterrupted view of the Kok river, the pool villas feature a bedroom connected to an extensive outdoor living area, private swimming pool (11 square metres with jacuzzi) and a tropical garden with a total living space of 120 square metres (excluding swimming pool).

The spacious bedrooms are fitted with king size beds as well as a daybed and writing desk. Separate walk-in closets with a dressing area lead to the bedroom and the tropical out-door bathroom. The living area, fitted with its private bar is situated next to the swimming pool and garden.

- Pool Villas with Two bedrooms and Private Pool - Situated right on the river front with an uninterrupted view of the Kok river, these Pool Villas feature two bedrooms connecting to an extensive outdoor living area, private swimming pool (11 square meters) featuring a relaxing jet massage and a tropical garden with a total living area of 165 square meters (including terrace and pool)

The spacious master bedroom is fitted with king   size beds, as well as a sitting area and writing desk. The tropical out-door bathroom has a double size bathtub featuring a relaxing jet massage. The terrace offers deck chairs and a swing sofa situated next to the swimming pool and garden. The smaller twin bedroom is ideal for children since it includes a connecting door.

- Sala Rim Nam Thai Restaurant (The Riverside Terrace) - The 80-seated Riverside terrace features both western and Thai cuisine. It is an opportunity to enjoy fine cuisine. The design and atmosphere is casual, yet there is a Lanna elegance. A place where one can enjoy fine food prepared by expert chefs right in front of the patrons' eyes. The splendid view of the Kok river is a main highlight of the restaurant. Decoration is discrete and distinctively Lanna with nature becoming a part of the terrace.

The main menu consists of a range of grilled items prepared in the ourdoor kitchen. The cooking style incorporates both Western and Thai cuisine in contemporary and creative presentations.

The outdoor kitchen is the main attraction of the restaurant.  Well trained chefs display their skill in grill cooking.

- Ou Kao Classic Thai Restaurant (The Authentic Thai Cuisine) - Intimate 25 seat restaurant serving refined Thai cuisine. Either or the terrace, or in the comfort of the dining room, Ou Kao offers for those who are not familiar with the Thai cuisine, we have prepared six set menus to choose. A small menu inspired by using only the finest local ingredients, is sure to delight.

- Suan Chainame BBQ Restaurant and Beer Garden - A seventy-eight seat garden restaurant, located on the Mae Kok River, amidst gardens and tall shade trees, Chai Nam is the perfect place to relax in the evening with live music, barbeque, draft beer and cocktails. You will find yourself coming back again and again.

The Seminar room is prominently located at the river front, towards the borderline of the property. The decor is in line with the overall design concept of the resort. Hand plastered columns and terra cotta tiled flooring will give a distinct Thai look. The river location provides a unique atmosphere, unparalleled in Chiang Rai as of this day.
