Accommodation and facilities:
Could not recommond this resort more highly! The villas are adorable and the staff are fanatsically helpful. The resort is located in beautiful surroundings not too far from Chiang Mai city, nestled at the foot of magnificent mountain ranges. Attraction are all around with plenty to do nearby and the resort conveniently runs a shuttle to both the Night Safari and markets as well as organising an array of tours at great prices. Can t wait to return!

Accommodation and facilities:
1) The cushion was dirty and TV
reception was bad.
2) There was an odor in the bathroom,
suspect it was from the sewage or
piping...(very disappointed).
I will not go back.
Reservation service:
Booking was ok, but too many steps to confirm it.

We stayed four days at this resort and it was a really a nice surprise. The staff was very friendly. The food was really good. Although the resort is somewhat outside Chaing Mai, the resort offers a efficient shuttle bus to the centre of the town every day. The rooms are superb! I recommend this resort to everyone! It was the best place in Thailand for us.

I rarely leave feedback on hotels however I feel compelled to on this occasion. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Fondcome Village Resort. The rooms were not only comfortable but interesting and innovative. What made the stay most enjoyable was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We were picked up from the airport by the cook, Tai (correct spelling?), who not only cooked the food during our stay but helped out with restaurant choice, shopping locations, sight seeing recommendations and more. Thank you.

Accommodation and facilities:
The good-resort and rooms are very nice, staff is great
The bad-location is a problem and the free transport to Chiang Mai is a fallacy. The food is poor.
If you want a place to get away, consider it. If you want to experience Chiang Mai, stay in the city.

Accommodation and facilities:
Although the intent of the resort was good - the services was really poor. A couple of items to note that need to be taken into account
- lady at reception was excellent in assiting in organising day tours.
- Extra bed - the matteress was so thin and was laid on the ground - it should be put on an extra bed
- Room had lizard inside on the floor and this could have been dangerous to the child on the floor
- Food has basically run out on most occassion by 9am - and variety was minimal
- unlike what was posted on the website - it is quiete remotely placed to the city centre
