Accommodation and facilities:
Очень хороший отель. От города Пай километров 5-6. Жила 10 дней в шале с видом на горы. Единственное, чего не хватало - ни в номере, ни на рецепции нет сейфа, и оплату по пластиковым картам не принимали

Very nice and romantic resort, it´s the good location for honeymoon. We stayed in the villa with lovely private hot spring bath tube, nice view from the river. We could see plenty of stars at night.

Accommodation and facilities:
We stayed in a standard one night and a pool villa one night; our parents were in the room priced between those. The pros: it s really in the hot springs, surrounded by pools of hot springs water, lovely location on the river; good breakfast, and the pool villa is beatiful, with your own hot springs tub outside your room in a private sitting area. The cons: the standard room is not pretty and you hear every noise from neighbors; the beds/pillows are hard, and it s 10 km from Pai. We didn t have hot water in the shower for the standard room (a large group left at 6am - maybe they all showered before us!?), and the hot water shower ran out within 5 minutes in the pool villa - but the hot springs were VERY hot, so that s good.

Accommodation and facilities:
Lovely quiet location, the new villas & pool look splendid. We stayed in a river view villa which had very good view but the villa would benefit from a bit of tlc. Breakfast was only average, but the hot pools were terrific. i would go again.
Reservation service:
Everything was handled very well & speedily.

Accommodation and facilities:
I and my friend had a very nice stay in the resort. Our standard room was simple and basic (no tea-coffe facilities, etc .. just bed, dressing table and WC) but the atmosphere surrounding it was superb. A big shady tree and the view of Pai river was fantastic with lots of birds singing on the tree. So peaceful. The resort garden was really nice. There were several hot spring pools in the area. Even though they looked basic but soaking in it in the cool weather was great. We were lucky to stay during the cool period (11c at night).
Reservation service:
Easy and effective.

Accommodation and facilities:
The grounds of the hotel and the hot spring baths are lovely, plus the restaurant makes good meals in the evening, however we were only able to book a Standard Room and the accommodations were pretty basic for the price - perhaps the Deluxe rooms are better? The breakfast was very average as well, but the staff were nice. I d recommend staying here if you booked a more expensive room. Be warned though - the showers use the hot spring water as well, and you will smell like sulfur!

Accommodation and facilities:
A big dissapointment.
At that time we were there they we building.Everywhere trucks, sand and noise. And it looks they are not finished yet for another year. They gave us the wrong room, a dark, depressing standard room with only one window. We booked a different room, but they told us Sawadee booked a standard room. Luckely we could change to a bit better room. But still not much. A privat spa near the room is nice. The bathroom is dirty and everything is broken.
The resort is difficult to find, because on the sign stayes another name. They changed the name and rebuilding it.
We didn t like it.
Reservation service:
Please read my review and contact the resort, because they give you another name you booked with Sawadee.com.
And they are building, people should know that.
