Absolutely fantastic hotel, everything was perfect. Service was spot on, the rooms were great, buffet & restaturant were fabulous, couldn t have asked for better. I have to make special mention of the hotel drivers, they made our stay! Best service ever!

Fine for family of 5. Hotel clean and comfortable with convenient location for getting skytrain and quick exit from city to airport. Breakfasts are amazing with great variety. Free room upgrades and birthday cake as we arrived on our daughter s 18th birthday.

Rooms and services were good. Problem was with the oscilator, we had to wait for a long time to reach our rooms. facility was very poor and loby was too small.

A very nice hotel with good location close to Nana BTS. I stayed in Tribeca room, and the service was excellent. I would stay here again when I go to Bangkok.

the hotel was very good but the services was vey bad From the Staff Of THe Hotel were not Cooperation with me at the check out.and the enernet was very bad .i wish they can Train the staff How to Deal with Customersin better way

hotel was excellent for price range.Rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very helpful and always greet you with a genuine smile.I ve stayed here before and will stay again

6 nights in a very good hotel in great location. We were a bit worried at first as it is very close to Nana BTS station and the Nana Square entertainment area - however it proved to be no problem. Staff good and helpful too. We paid extra for the superior plus room and the room was clean and well appointed and this came with quiet breakfast club room with tea/coffee all day and 2 hour happy hour with free beer and wine. I will stay here again and recommend to anyone. oh, and the pool was ideal too :-)

Wonderful contempory,clean, hotel. Large rooms with all modern comforts. Restaurant serving good food --dinner and breakfast. Reception staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Excellent value for money.
