We took three rooms for two weeks with our four children.Very nice hotel with quite rooms and big central swimming pool and upstairs gym,kept the kids happy when we had a break or two.The hotel is centrally located for day trips to zoos, elephant rides,beaches and shopping at Future Park and markets.Great food within the hotel and the staff were very helpful.Make sure you set your mobile phone for roaming before you leave as in-room international phone rates are $5.00 per minute.

This hotel was very nice, very far from the city. There is a free shuttle service provided by the hotel both ways, but you have to book it one night before. The hotel is far from the new airport as well, and the highway to get there has 2 tolls. It costs around 500 baht to get from the airport to this hotel by meter taxi. The staff are not as friendly, and quite rude. Also, breakfast is not included when it should be considering the price.

OK hotel for the price. Clean, staff friendly and had a nice pool area. We only stayed one night and did not use any of the facilities on the hotel. The only thing I can complain is the price for the breakfast, it s expensive and not included.
